There is a concrete driveway that parks up to 4 vehicles. Please, do not park on the lawn.

Damage Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, minus any damage fees. 

Check in will be through Keyless Entry.  

I will not be available in person, but I am easy to reach through text.

There is also a crockpot, blender, hand mixer, Keurig, and regular coffee maker. 

We are a 2nd row beach house with AMAZING views of the gulf.

There is a large covered deck with amazing views of the gulf.

The first aid kit includes directions and supplies for treating a jellyfish sting. There are not gas appliances in the house, so a carbon monoxide detector is not necessary.

Pets are allowed with payment of pet fee.

If smoking is detected in the house, a $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Please do NOT leave cigarette butts in the grass or anywhere outside on the property. Leaving cigarette butts in the yard or anywhere outside the property will incur an additional $200 cleanup fee.

There are security cameras on the outside of the house.  Two are located under the house facing the driveway, one at the top of the stairs on the deck, and one facing the deck.

Hi there and welcome to Blue Pelican at Surfside.  My husband, Steven, and I love our little Surfside home so much that we like to share it with others.  We have three daughters ranging in age from 12 years old to 17 years old.  We are both full time educators who love to visit the beach in our down time.  We hope you enjoy our wonderful beach house as much as we do!

We have amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
